hex bolt with Nut & washer
Hex bolts are a type of threaded bolt, characterized by their six-sided hexagonal-shaped head. The nut is the female member of the pair, having internal threads to match those of the bolt. Washers are often used to prevent loosening and crushing. See also nut; washer. There are a variety of sizes available for bolts, nuts, and washers.
allen key bolts , spring washers , lock nuts and ancher bolts
There are numerous types of bolts and nuts utilized to secure or fasten materials together for a variety of purposes.
cotter pins
A cotter pin is a simple fastener that's used to secure a bolt in place. Consisting of a U-shaped metal piece, it is inserted through the bolt's hole and then the ends are twisted together. By doing so, the cotter pin effectively ensures that the bolt remains securely in place, minimizing the risk of loosening or dislodging. Additionally, cotter pins are available in various sizes to accommodate different bolt dimensions.
Double bolt clamps
Double bolt clamps are rugged, plated iron two-bolt clamp with machine bolts and hex nuts. In high-heat, abrasive materials conveyance, and chemical fume environments, these clamps are used to secure the hose and to provide safe working environment.
Extension springs
Extension springs store energy and exert a pulling force between two mechanisms. When mechanisms separate, the extension spring tries to bring them together again. Extension springs use round wire to create a close-wound design with initial tension.
Compression Springs
Compression Springs are open-coil helical springs wound or constructed to oppose compression along the axis of wind. Helical Compression is the most common metal spring configuration. These coil springs can work independently, though often assembled over a guide rod or fitted inside a hole. The most basic installation is anywhere requiring a push button.
Dowty Washers
Dowty Washers are comprised of a flanged nitrile (NBR) rubber insert bonded to the inside of a thick, zinc-plated steel washer. Dowty Sealing Washer provides reliable sealing in low and high pressure, as well as the easy to use steel ring prevents the product from over compressing.
Copper washers
Copper washers are favored for their excellent electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, and antimicrobial properties. These properties make them suitable for a wide range of applications in various industries, including automotive, plumbing, electrical, construction, and manufacturing sectors.
Metal Washers
There are different types of metals and grades of metals used in making washers due to the different beneficial properties of these metal washers. Metal washers often form a powerful seal, preventing leaks and drips, especially for metal washers made from stainless steel, due to their corrosion resistance.
Circlips
Circlips are used to prevent lateral movement. They are used as retaining rings on bearing assemblies and are manufactured using semi-flexible metal ring. These products are in a shape of a circle with a clip and are open from one end. The most common form of axially fitted circlips for shafts with grooves. There are various types of circlips, including internal, external, and e-clips.
Jubilee clamps
Jubilee clamps or hose locks are a common type of clip fastener, most often used to attach a length of tubing or hose pipe firmly onto a suitable fixture. Designed to hold a hose onto a pipe or other fitting. These clips are sometimes referred to as a worm drive hose clip, hose clamp, or just hose clip.
Rubber hanging clamp
The rubber hanging clamp is utilized to securely mount pipes onto walls (both vertical and horizontal), ceilings, and floors. It is designed with a rubber lining that serves multiple purposes such as reducing noise, minimizing vibrations, and partially compensating for thermal expansion. The clamp is constructed using either GI materials or stainless steel for durability and reliability.
Superior clamps
Superior clamps are ideal for fitting couplings to hoses where extra torque is required. They are simple to use but highly effective and are available in a wide range of sizes in both stainless steel and mild steel (yellow zinc plated).
Spring Tension Pins
Spring Tension Pins, also known as Roll Pins or Slotted Spring Pins, are non-threaded fasteners utilized for securing two components together.
boss clamp - 4 bolt
CLAMP-4BOLT-DIX: Boss Ground Joint HP 4 Bolt Interlocking Clamp. These are plated malleable iron clamps designed specifically for use with collared hose stems on air or steam hose. When properly installed, the gripping fingers on these clamps engage over the collar of the stem to prevent coupling blow-out.
