Ensure effective communication throughout the organization to inculcate the importance of meeting the customer’s needs and legal requirements. Ensure that the resources needed are determined and provided for the effective implementation of the Quality Management System. Ensure quality objectives are established at relevant functions and the performance of the Quality Management System is improved continually.
